Member of Tianjin Artists Association, established Chinese artist, and Chief Contract Artist of A-Tong International Group, Singapore.
Born in 1963 into an artistic family, he studied under prominent painters Xu Songqi, Guo Hongxu, and later formally under Huo Chunyang. He received his professional training at the Tianjin Academy of Fine Arts.
With over 40 years of dedicated practice, he has mastered classical techniques from the Song, Yuan, Ming, and Qing dynasties while developing his own distinct style through consistent on-site sketching and research.
His works have been exhibited nationally, awarded, published, and collected by major collectors across the U.S., Canada, Australia, Japan, Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, and China.
In 2011, he was invited to Southeast Asia for a year-long artistic residency and cultural exchange, earning high recognition from art institutions and receiving a reception with the former President of Singapore.
Renowned artist Huo Chunyang commented: “With his rigorous character and profound works, Fuzhang is destined to become one of the most important masters in Chinese fine brush painting.”
